In order to effectively solve the problem of vehicle routing, a design and implementation method an energy-saving logistics management system oriented routing optimization is proposed. From perspective optimal calculation, this research uses improved Dixie algorithm clustering implement company’s distribution center location path planning system. First all, authors analyze common models LRP in detail give mathematical model calculation positioning rationing transportation route problem. Secondly, view shortcomings traditional evolutionary algorithms, propose series improvement measures. The adopt natural number coding scheme combined with adaptive crossover mutation operator improve search ability solution space; also introduce penalty function deal constraints take corresponding measures for illegal individuals generated evolution process, reducing premature convergence. Possibility. It has been verified that development saves investment costs small medium-sized enterprises reduces cost goods by 80%. effect remarkable, which verifies effectiveness, accuracy, superiority algorithm.
